Our Story
Crystal by the Sea didn’t exactly begin according to plan.
Before 2020, we traveled the country doing Body, Mind & Spirit Expos and Health & Wellness shows with our REAL Selenite Crystal, sourced directly from the mine. Then COVID brought the show circuit to a screeching halt and left us unexpectedly planted here on the beautiful Gulf Coast. Being from Illinois, we figured there were certainly worse places to get stuck. 😉
In July 2020, we opened a tiny crystal and smudge shop at the old Gulf Breeze Flea Market. Sixteen months later, we were given ten days to move when the property was sold for the new high school.
So… we moved, adapted, and kept growing.
Crystals and smudge became herbs, teas and spices. Then came books, spiritual tools, handcrafted natural body care, local honey, fresh eggs and more.
In 2025, another move brought us into a much larger storefront — and suddenly our little shop had room to dream bigger. Local artists and makers joined the family, followed by readers, healers, practitioners, classes and private sessions.
Somewhere along the way, our little shop ran away and grew up to become a real store.
What We’ve Become
Today, Crystal by the Sea brings together holistic wellness, natural living, spiritual tools, local creativity, and meaningful connection — all under one roof. We’re still evolving, still learning, and still making room for whatever comes next.
